Joining the Tempo founding waitlist requires a $50 deposit. It reserves your spot and is credited toward your first payment when Tempo's paid service begins.
You can get a full refund of your deposit at any time until the private alpha starts on December 1, 2026. No reason needed.
Once the private alpha starts, the deposit is no longer refundable. It stays on your account as credit toward your first payment.
Email hello@tempochief.com from the address you used at checkout, with your name and the date of your payment. We'll refund the deposit to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
